By converting the entire attic (unfinished, but the ceiling insulated), the living space can be extended up to approx. 390m2 and with a staircase through the front house this would also be possible as a completely separate living unit. Further access would be possible from the front. Also autonomous. The construction of a small hall (approx. 15 x 25) is possible by converting the largest barn. However, boxes could of course also be installed there. A large hall (20 x 40 or 20 x 60) would have to be submitted on the paddocks. If you do this as a farmer (the farm naturally has a farm number that can be taken over), construction is also possible in principle on grassland. This requires a so-called grassland report, in which a concept must be enclosed.
