Support for 3 horses at mercy

Support for 3 horses at mercy - I am looking for someone to help me look after my three horses on a voluntary basis. I have so much time on my hands just looking after the horses that the horses themselves are getting far too little attention. That's why I'm looking for help who can lend me a hand and has time to spend with the horses.
They don't kick or bite, but they all have an unpleasant history. They are therefore not beginners or children's horses that require a certain sense of responsibility.
There are 2 geldings (chestnut 26yo, gray 22yo) and a mare (dark bay 24yo).
The 3 of them and I would be delighted to have help who enjoy looking after the horses and taking them for walks. If you get a good connection to the gray horse, he can also be ridden through the forest at a walk.
