Charming Paint Horse mare - Hi, I am Aponi (Indian = butterfly). I was born in April 2023 and I am a very sweet, cuddly mare. I like to communicate in a subtle way and I am especially affectionate.
My dad is the double registered "Black Starbuck" and my mom is a Magic On Ice daughter named "Magic Snoflower". I am a Smokey Black Tovero filly with two bright blue eyes, an equine passport and APHA papers. My character is very sensitive and open-minded and I have a lot of "will to please", so that I am also suitable for people who are not so strong in appearance and rather like the quiet tones.
I currently live on a paddock trail and I enjoy my freedom. I am taught correct behavior within the herd and can really test my limits and let off steam in the pasture. I hope that my future owner will continue to give me my freedom - I don't want to live alone in a (loose) stall with a small paddock and rationed hay. Then I'd rather stay with my herd. If there really is a responsible person who doesn't just want me because of my looks, but is also aware of what I really need as a little horse, please get in touch.
Until weaning, Aponi will be wormed regularly, shown to the farrier and taught the foal's ABCs. It is very important to us that our horses are well-mannered and friendly. Aponi also has an equine passport and APHA papers.
