Damage to the outer and lining fabric has been repaired professionally and as inconspicuously as possible. Each layer was sewn individually, and the seams in the outer fabric were additionally gummed. Strictly speaking, the blanket was restored: it fell victim to equestrian vandals shortly after its first use. It was a hell of a job - I spent a good three days sewing all the big and tiny holes.
